Design and develop custom AI solutions tailored to the unique needs of our customers, ensuring seamless integration and scalability
Partner with a high-caliber team across the full project lifestyle, from requirements gathering, to prototyping, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and support

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong proficiency across multiple programming languages
Demonstrated interest in AI, such as experimenting with LangChain or building LLM-based side projects
Comfortable self-teaching and solving hard, new problems
Ability to jump in without instruction and embrace a 'no job too big, no job too small' mindset
Skillful in navigating user conversations to ensure what we're building meets their needs
Ability to help others and ask for help, championing integrity in everything
