Training & Technical Assistance Coordinator
SAL Community Services connects the community to services that ensure every child can succeed in school and life. The Training & Technical Assistance Coordinator coordinates services for early childhood professionals, providing training, technical assistance, and overseeing health and safety coaching activities.

Responsibilities
Responsible for coordination of provider training in alignment with Illinois Department of Human Services contract deliverables, including training required by the Child Care Development Block Grant
Identify qualified trainers and participants for regional training opportunities
Prepare and manage new trainer contracts and onboard new trainers as needed
Coordinate training facilitation schedule and facilitate trainings (on-site and off-site) as needed
Conduct assessment of provider training needs and utilize data to identify training to meet needs of childcare providers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following related fields (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Child Psychology/Behavioral Sciences, Family Consumer Sciences, Social Work, Elementary Education, Child Welfare, Family Services, Psychology, Sociology)
Preferred
At least two years of experience in ECE and/or CCR&R environment in addition to degree
