Manage fit and construction from development through production for Women’s apparel
Lead fit sessions and provide clear, detailed feedback to vendors and internal teams
Review and approve garments for fit, measurements, grading, and construction
Create, update, and maintain accurate tech packs and spec measurements
Partner cross-functionally to ensure timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Technical Designer in Women's apparel
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and manufacturing
Experience working with overseas vendors
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong communication skills and ability to work fully onsite
