Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience
Prior experience in events and/or digital marketing required
Manage end-to-end event workflows (planning through delivery)
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, brand, marketing, vendors)
Oversee schedules, deliverables, and production details
Manage presentation-related assets (keynotes, Google Slides) without creating creative content
Act as a central problem-solver as plans change rapidly
Balance process with flexibility—adapting when structure breaks down
Thrives in ambiguity and constant change
Highly collaborative and communicative
Agile, nimble, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable 'rolling with the punches' rather than relying on rigid process
Must clearly demonstrate hands-on involvement, not passive exposure
Ability to point to specific events managed, with links or detailed explanations
Preferred
Tech company or tech-focused agency experience strongly preferred
Event producers or project managers from tech companies
Creative agencies supporting tech clients
Experience with large-scale, high-visibility events (e.g., product launches, conferences, keynotes)
Familiarity with tech-style events such as WWDC-like experiences is a strong plus
