The role involves managing key accounting activities and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Support controllership and operational accounting activities
Prepare and review SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, disclosures)
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls
Partner with finance leadership on close, reporting, and ad-hoc initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Controllership / Operational Accounting
Hands-on Public Company SEC Reporting experience
Manager or Senior Manager–level profile
Able to start immediately and commit for 6 months
Based in Phoenix, AZ or same time zone with travel flexibility
Preferred
Transaction exposure (M&A, spin-off, IPO)
Industrials industry experience
