The Analyst – Multifamily Asset Management will focus on reporting and projects to maximize financial performance of multifamily properties, utilizing analytical skills to evaluate investments and prepare financial models.

Responsibilities

Collect, prepare, analyze, and maintain comprehensive reports that help maximize the value of our properties

Focus on regular weekly and monthly reporting and one-off projects directed by the Vice President of Asset Management to maximize the financial performance of their assigned portfolio of multifamily properties

Utilize your relevant undergraduate degree to analyze and evaluate multifamily real estate investments to determine potential risks and returns

Prepare financial models, projections, and performance reports for multifamily assets

Conduct market research and analysis to support asset management decisions

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes

A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field preferred

Experience in real estate asset management or financial analysis

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends

Strong computer skills, VBA, Excel, SQL a plus

Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
