Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis that directly inform pricing strategies
Identify new rating variables
Drive ongoing product improvements
Influence key product decisions
Help build a competitive, customer-centered insurance offering
Design and maintain reporting to monitor product performance
Uncover opportunities to optimize our initial product version
Qualification
Required
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance pricing, product, or related analytical roles
Hands‑on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Power Pivot, and/or Tableau
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear recommendations
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., building and maintaining spreadsheets, tables, charts, and formulas)
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving product environment
