Required
3-5 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal
Excellent oral, written and communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines
Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence and discovery
Experience in research of legal and non-legal subjects
Experience in organizing and preparing documents for litigation and trials
Preferred
