Mid LevelRon Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for an RV Technician to join our service team in Slaton, Texas. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV systems to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality units for our customers.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and LP gas systems
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately
Document repairs clearly and completely
Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
Work independently and as part of a service team to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
Experienced
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple repairs without cutting corners
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Must have your own tools
Physical ability to work in and around RVs, including climbing, bending, and lifting
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Willingness to learn manufacturer updates and evolving technology
Preferred
Previous RV technician experience preferred, but related experience will be considered
Working knowledge of RV systems, or transferable experience from automotive, marine, electrical, or mechanical trades
