Responsibilities

Help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration

Create meaningful connections through genuine, engaging conversations

Actively circulate the sales floor to understand each customer’s needs

Share the benefits of our loyalty programs

Guide customers through a seamless shopping journey from start to finish

Maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment

Ensure a polished, shop-ready environment

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions

Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Share Loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank-you

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
