Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including strategy, discovery, motion practice, and client communications
Handle regulatory and administrative matters, including Article 78 proceedings
Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and regulatory submissions in a complex, highly regulated space
Maintain up-to-date understanding and advise on evolving statutes, regulations, and agency guidance
Work closely with the founder: receive direction and execute independently
Qualification
Required
Approximately six or more years of litigation experience
Experience managing cases independently with minimal supervision
Excellent legal writing skills (writing sample required)
Tech-savvy and ideally using modern practice tools (AI, practice-management platforms, evolving research methods)
New York bar admission required
1,750 billable hours expected
Preferred
Exposure to Article 78 proceedings
