Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of the business plan as it relates to site engineering
Responsible for executing all site plan approval functions for projects with a focus on feasibilities, planning, entitlement, engineering approvals, and overall management of the land engineering process
Manage the Entitlements and Engineering team to ensure they are set up for success

Qualification

Civil EngineeringLand PlanningEntitlements ManagementProject ManagementTeam Leadership

Required

At least ten years land planning and/or development experience in progressively responsible positions
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license

Preferred

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Planning, or Law
