Solution Deployment Specialist (Remote anywhere in US)
Pitney Bowes is a global organization seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solutions Deployment Specialist to join their Solutions Deployment Team. Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate project management conference calls with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure projects remain on schedule
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills across all stakeholder groups
Review and interpret order details, pre-sales documentation, and scope artifacts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Understand delivery logistics and coordinate equipment delivery and installation based on carrier requirements and delivery types
Manage installation and withdrawal activities through call scheduling, resource assignment, and queue management
Maintain multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, address risks, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Support accurate forecasting, customer satisfaction goals, and cycle‑time objectives
Continuously develop technical skills and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing deployments or similar project coordination responsibilities
Strong proficiency with Pitney Bowes Shipping products, PB project management tools, and CRM systems (PSA, SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, etc.)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Office, keyboarding, PC applications, and web‑based tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑service orientation
Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
