The role involves ensuring the system's reliability, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support the existing Testlab Suite application to ensure continuous, reliable operation

Develop and implement enhancements to improve system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency

Expand the Testlab Suite to include additional laboratory facilities and technical resources, facilitating broader operational integration

Manage and optimize SQL Server databases using SQL Server Management Studio to ensure data integrity and performance

Develop, troubleshoot, and refine code within Visual Studio 2022, ensuring high-quality software solutions

Collaborate with team members through GIT repositories to manage source code effectively and maintain version control

Ensure seamless integration of new features with existing systems, minimizing disruptions

Support data management, reporting, and timing functionalities within the Suite to meet operational needs

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance laboratory operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

Proven 1-3 years of experience in software development, database management, and system integration

Familiarity with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, and GIT repositories

Understanding of network interactions and basic troubleshooting skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with developing and supporting enterprise-level applications

Knowledge of laboratory or manufacturing testing environments

Familiarity with additional programming languages or development tools relevant to the role

Prior experience managing complex databases and optimizing SQL Server performance

Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and technical challenges
