Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of assigned projects
Allocate and manage project resources effectively to meet goals
Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, clients, and internal departments
Prepare and track project budgets, estimates, and change orders
Review contracts, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to obtain approvals and ensure design integrity
Mentor and guide junior project engineers or assistant managers
Lead project meetings and provide status updates to management and clients
Monitor progress, control costs, and maintain project schedules
Manage subcontractors and oversee safety and compliance on-site
Ensure proper project closeout procedures are followed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of electrical construction project management experience
Knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and sequencing
Strong proficiency with MS Office, project estimating software (e.g., Accubid), and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam)
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings
Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team development
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
LEED AP and OSHA 30 certifications preferred but not required
