Required

Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, computer science, finance, mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative field with a GPA of 3.5 or above

Outstanding record of academic achievement and a genuine interest in the world of finance

Hard-working, organized, proactive, and methodical

Clear communication skills in speech, writing, and presentations

Experience working with data and enjoyment in finding creative solutions to difficult, unstructured problems

Firm grasp of accounting, computer science, economics, finance, or statistics
