Responsibilities
Lead and manage AI and ML operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and UI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions
Manage and evaluate the performance of AI/ML systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices for AI/ML workflows
Lead project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product solutions, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables
Oversee development teams, ensuring smooth execution of agile processes and sprint planning
Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, resources, or scope
Foster effective communication across teams, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates
Manage project roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules to align with business priorities
Support technical decision-making, working closely with architects and developers to deliver robust solutions
Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring delivery success
Qualification
Required
EM Certification: Level 2 or above
Proven track record in operational management, including senior clients and key BU executives
Deep understanding of project financials and the ability to drive them
Ability to manage delivery heads, delivery executives, and engagement managers
Ability to manage customer crises
Experience in product engineering, project delivery, or software development leadership roles
Proven experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and product management frameworks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps
Experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Knowledge of technical architecture, microservices, and API design principles
Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Adept at solving complex problems and implementing effective solutions
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar capacity or as Delivery Lead
Preferred
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or SAFe Agilist are highly desirable
