Responsibilities

Administers the Payroll processes for bi-weekly On-cycle payroll as well as Off-cycle payments, payroll audits and reports, overpayments, special payment entries, garnishments, and provide customer support to employees regarding their payroll checks
Primary role of this position will focus on payroll garnishments/levies including setting up garnishments, responding to garnishment notices, completing disclosures, paying creditors, and answering questions from employees and creditors

Required

Associate Degree
OR
HS/GED and 2 years of experience with payroll, benefits, tax or accounting
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
strong analytical and problem solving skills
strong customer service and team orientation required

Preferred

Previous report writing experience preferred
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
