Responsibilities
Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Perform sensory evaluations and prepare samples for testing
Maintain accurate records of test results and assist in data analysis
Collaborate with the R&D team to support flavor development projects
Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
Previous experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the food or flavor industry
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with flavor chemistry and sensory analysis is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory software
