Foreclosure Sales Team Lead
Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. is an established law firm with a dedicated foreclosure practice, and they are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Sales Team Lead to oversee operations within their Foreclosure Sales Department. The role involves leading the team, managing workflows, ensuring compliance, and providing mentorship to team members.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily workflow for the Foreclosure Sales team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Serve as the first point of contact for team questions, workflow issues, and escalations
Prepare, review, and file foreclosure sale and post-sale documents, including motions, Praecipes, sale notices, bidding instructions, confirmations, deeds, and surplus funds
Coordinate foreclosure sales with courts, sheriffs, master commissioners, auctioneers, and vendors
Track critical deadlines, work queues, and exception reports; proactively address delays or issues
Conduct quality reviews and spot-checks to ensure adherence to firm standards, client scorecards, and court requirements
Maintain accurate case notes and data in CMS, ICE, Tempo, ADR, and other systems
Coach, mentor, and train team members; assist with onboarding and process updates
Monitor individual and team performance metrics and escalate risks or compliance issues as needed
Provide hands-on backup support during high-volume periods or staffing shortages
Support audits, client inquiries, reporting, and scorecard rebuttals
Identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements
Proactively identify and escalate potential compliance or operational risks
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of experience in foreclosure, foreclosure sales, bankruptcy, or creditor-rights operations
Strong knowledge of foreclosure sale and post-sale procedures, deadlines, and court requirements
Experience working with client scorecards, audits, and compliance standards
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Perfect Practice or similar case management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
1+ year of experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory support role preferred
