Growth Operations Associate

Besty AI is the leading AI-native operating system for the short-term-rental and hotel industry, backed by prominent investors. The Growth Operations Associate will be responsible for designing and scaling lead generation strategies to support the company's outbound growth efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation Strategy: Design, build, and continuously refine Besty’s outbound lead generation strategy to drive a consistent flow of high-quality, sales-ready opportunities across all go-to-market motions
List Building & Enrichment: Own end-to-end prospect list creation using tools such as Clay and other enrichment platforms. Define ICP criteria, segment accounts by size, geography, and signals, and ensure data accuracy and freshness across all lists
Outbound Enablement: Produce outbound-ready datasets for SDRs and founder-led sales efforts across email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns. Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to sales
Experimentation & Optimization: Run ongoing experiments on targeting logic, data sources, enrichment workflows, and segmentation to improve reply rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline quality
Performance & ROI Tracking: Track and analyze list-level and campaign-level performance metrics. Identify which segments and signals generate the highest ROI and reallocate effort toward the highest-performing initiatives
Systems & Process: Establish scalable, repeatable processes for lead generation and outbound operations. Maintain documentation and quality standards to ensure consistency as volume scales
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to align lead generation priorities with company growth goals and revenue targets
Special Projects: Support ad hoc growth initiatives, new market exploration, and strategic outbound projects as needed to accelerate pipeline generation

Required

Deep hands-on experience with Clay or equivalent lead generation and enrichment tooling
Proven ability to build outbound lists that convert, not just large volumes of contacts
Experience supporting B2B SaaS outbound sales motions
Strong understanding of ICP design, account-based targeting, and segmentation
Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-moving startup environment
High attention to detail and obsession with data quality
