Human Resources Business Partner
Hire-Agency is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing organization seeking a proactive, people-centric Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders during a period of scale and change. This role involves partnering closely with managers, leading change initiatives, and owning HR programs end to end.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across assigned functions
Lead HR activities related to mergers and acquisitions, including employee transitions, onboarding, policy alignment, and change management
Own and execute high-impact HR initiatives from concept through completion
Partner with managers on onboarding, training, performance management, and development
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations and people strategy
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Maintain accurate HR documentation and data while managing multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week in Dallas
Preferred
Experience supporting or exposure to M&A activity strongly preferred
