Identify, suggest, and secure projects from new and existing clients
Provide guidance and direction for the land development team
Coordinate and communicate with other staff, departments, municipalities, and private land development clients

Qualification
Required
Must be local to the state of Michigan or have direct ties to the state
B.S., Civil Engineering or related field
PE required in the state of Michigan
7+ year's of experience
Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects
Experience with development of residential, commercial, office and industrial development projects
Experience with project management and budgeting
Strong relationships and contacts with regional developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agencies
