Responsibilities
UX Designer will lead UX design efforts across video platforms (TV, mobile, tablet, streaming devices)
Translate business requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Partner closely with UI designers to ensure intent is preserved across platforms
Support high-visibility initiatives including live sports, multiview, pause live TV, and 4K experiences
Participate in and lead whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and design reviews
Use user data, research, and testing to inform design decisions
Create detailed UX documentation to support engineering and delivery teams
Ensure accessibility standards are incorporated into designs
As a UX Designer, you will collaborate across architecture, engineering, and enablement teams during handoff
Support multiple initiatives simultaneously within 10-week planning increments
Apply AI tools or workflows to improve design efficiency and insight generation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of UX design experience on complex, consumer-facing products
Experience producing wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes
Experience working with user research, testing, and data-driven insights
Strong expertise in Figma
Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
Comfort working in large, matrixed organizations
Proven ability to clearly communicate and present design work to stakeholders
Preferred
Experience designing for video, TV, or streaming platforms
Experience applying AI tools within design workflows
Accessibility-focused design experience
Familiarity with sports-focused or live-content experiences
Proficiency with ProtoPie or similar advanced prototyping tools
