Strengthen relationships with our Select Employer Groups (SEGs) through outreach
Build strong, consultative relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding members to the right products
Conduct proactive outreach to identify new lending and deposit opportunities
Provide end‑to‑end support-applications, documentation, closing, and follow‑up
Attend occasional Community events
Qualification
Required
Have experience building a book of business or growing a client portfolio
Are driven, goal‑oriented, and energized by incentives and outreach
Love connecting with people and deepening relationships
Excel in consultative conversations and member advocacy
Own your work and shine independently-taking initiative, solving problems, and driving results
