Work on disputes involving brand names, logos, slogans, trade dress, online infringement, and unfair competition
Provide case assessments and litigation strategies
Research likelihood-of-confusion, dilution, fair use, parody, First Amendment, and jurisdictional issues
Draft pleadings: complaints, answers, counterclaims, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment
Draft TTAB filings: notices of opposition, petitions to cancel, motions, trial briefs, evidentiary submissions
Prepare witness declarations, expert reports, and trial briefs
Support appellate practice
Qualification
Required
2-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and litigation
Experience handling TTAB and district court matters
Active license to practice law
