Customer Success Associate

The Customer Success Associate will engage with clients to ensure their success using Giv's platform, providing onboarding, support, and issue resolution.

Onboarding new clients
Providing personalized support
Addressing inquiries
Troubleshooting
Proactively resolving issues
Regularly gathering feedback to improve client satisfaction
Collaborating with other teams to optimize services
Qualification
Required
Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and problem-solving
Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, and active listening skills
Technical proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to analyze customer needs, provide solutions effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience working in the healthcare or social services sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Enthusiasm for improving care services and supporting individuals with IDD
