Responsibilities

Develop technical requirements
Read, review, and demonstrate knowledge of controlled processes and procedures
Enhance cross discipline product development
Be the technical interface to FBM management, systems engineering, quality, and our Navy counterparts

Required

Experience with engineering lifecycle (examples: development, aging, or production)
Any combination of experience in: engineering project management, supplier management, technical evaluations
Experience in working with suppliers and external customers
Desire and ability to own technical challenges through solutions
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred

Experience with FBM processes and products
Missile and/or aerospace related education or experience
Experience with engineering principles of solid propellant rocket motors or generators
Hardware experience including, design, analysis, assembly, integration, and test
Experience using EPDM Windchill, SAP, CREO, and design tools
Experience working with procurement and outside suppliers
Ability to collaborate effectively with adjacent fields (systems engineering, electronics, stress/thermal analysis, configuration management, production, test, etc)
Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences
