Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation, from inception through trial
Prepare and manage subpoenas and maintain accurate, organized document records
Review and summarize medical, employment, and other substantive records
Assist with discovery responses, including document collection, production, and organization
Assist with drafting pleadings and handle filings in California state and Federal courts
Help ensure cases move efficiently by tracking deadlines and managing litigation details
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a litigation paralegal in a fast-paced law firm environment
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with confidence
Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements
A proactive, reliable team player who takes ownership of their work
