Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for AI platforms, including agent orchestration, APIs, integrations, and cloud/hybrid environments

Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, security, and reuse across AI solutions and enterprise systems

Lead and develop engineers and architects by setting technical standards, mentoring, and supporting career growth

Balance delivery speed with technical quality, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and sustainable long term

Partner with Product, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and resolve complex challenges

Establish and enforce AI architectural standards, documentation, governance, and responsible AI practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or a combination of experience and education

8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise integration

3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role

Strong experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems

Proven background in API and integration architecture (REST, event-driven, messaging)

Proven background in Microservices and cloud-native architectures

Proven background in AI-enabled platforms or AI system integration (agents, RAG, ML services, or LLM-based systems)

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent communication skills with the ability to align engineering execution to business outcomes
