Business Development Lead

They are seeking a highly strategic Business Development Lead to own and grow their enterprise and strategic partnerships, focusing on identifying market opportunities and delivering measurable revenue growth through B2B channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B business development strategy targeting enterprise clients, channel partners, and strategic collaborators
Identify, prioritize, and secure new partnerships that expand VITURE’s reach and market influence
Lead deal negotiations, commercial structuring, and closing of complex B2B agreements
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprises and partner organizations
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with partner needs
Design onboarding, enablement, and support frameworks to ensure successful partner engagement
Own B2B pipeline development, forecasting, and performance reporting
Track key metrics for partnership success and revenue growth
Provide market insights to inform product direction, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Thought Leadership & Industry Presence
Represent VITURE at industry events, partner meetings, and strategic discussions
Stay abreast of XR/AR technology trends, enterprise adoption patterns, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of B2B business development or strategic partnership experience, preferably in technology, XR/AR, or enterprise solutions
Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and driving measurable revenue growth
Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute at both tactical and leadership levels
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, pipeline management, and partnership KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
