Responsibilities

Provide audio/visual meeting support for federal customer

Daily conference room checks: verify all equipment is online, functioning and charged

Daily meeting support: hands on technical support resource for customers for all conference room meeting needs

Video & Audio Support using NCI Equipment

Support the WebEx / Zoom / MS Teams VTC Platforms

Room computer and Laptop connectivity

Supports customer during meetings; support includes video teleconferencing, video display of laptops and/or room computer presentations, WebEx setup, etc

Logs all transactions with customers in ServiceNow
