Associate Project Manager EI

Responsibilities
Support the respective manager in ensuring adherence to customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety
Assist with service & maintenance projects post contract execution acting as main back up for project manager
Monitor job financial performance, track invoices, order parts and process payments
Facilitate with project scope, prepare fixed price repair paperwork and track changes in SAP to ensure proper documentation
Assist with preparation and submittal of payroll including tracking worker hours
Schedule inspections with local government authorities to ensure compliance with local codes and avoid potential violations
Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance and passenger safety
Coordinate scheduling of manpower to meet budget commitments
Flexibility to balance a mix of office and fieldwork
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or relevant work
3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Preferred
Prior Experience In Sales Or Operations Functions
Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes or similar applications
