Responsibilities

Review and understand existing PowerBI dashboards, datasets, and data models

Modify, enhance, and create PowerBI visualizations to meet evolving business requirements

Connect PowerBI dashboards to new/updated data sources

Support access and permissions within the PowerBI dashboard space

Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for the new dashboards and document updates

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience with PowerBI development

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts

Ability integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SharePoint lists, CSV, APIs, etc.)

Knowledge of the full Power Platform suite, particularly PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate

Understanding of data visualization principles and UX best practices for dashboards

Strong attention to detail

Ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred

PL-300: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (Essential)

AZ-900 / DP-900: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Data Fundamentals (Preferred for cloud context)

DP-203: Azure Data Engineer Associate (Bonus for complex migrations involving Data Factory or Synapse)
