Must keep track of SLAs and always meet mandated time window to address audit findingscustomer complaints
Engage relevant teams to research systematic issuesgaps in business process and open necessary intakes to resolve
Maintain accurate documentation of ECAF logs, research reported issues, and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Business Analyst
Telecom Domain Knowledge
>10 years of experience
Preferred
Act as POC for digital sales ECAF escalation management
Investigate and diagnose customer reported issues with software applications or systems
