Responsibilities
Greet and assist the public, answer calls, and manage visitor inquiries
Operate a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and database software
Support bookkeeping tasks, including auditing, insurance, and certified payroll
Track and order office supplies and maintain organized workspaces
Update company calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes
Support AR/AP teams and time entry tasks
Perform general office upkeep and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, or office support experience (construction industry preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently while following direction
Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
High school diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Must be able to gain post access (REAL ID required)
