Responsibilities
Execute and iterate on go-to-market strategies for new features, launches, and experiments
Identify and test growth channels (social, creator partnerships, referrals, community, paid, etc.)
Collaborate closely with product, content, and marketing teams to drive acquisition and activation
Run growth experiments across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and experiment results to inform decisions
Help build scalable growth playbooks and repeatable processes
Support creator, ambassador, or partnership programs to drive distribution
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in startups, growth, and go-to-market strategy
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting and iterating fast
Good understanding of social platforms, viral mechanics, and consumer apps
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Prior experience in growth, marketing, startups, consulting, or analytics
Experience running experiments, campaigns, or side projects (personal or professional)
Familiarity with metrics like CAC, retention, activation, and conversion rates
Preferred
Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals are welcome
No strict requirements on years of experience—execution and curiosity matter most
