Responsibilities
Lead engineering, maintenance, reliability, and automation functions
Manage the maintenance storeroom and oversee planning/scheduling for plant assets
Scope maintenance and engineering work to improve uptime and equipment availability
Resolve engineering issues that impact safety and ensure equipment operates safely and ergonomically
Manage plant projects, including equipment installations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
Develop and maintain maintenance plans with local and corporate reliability teams
Define and update equipment reliability requirements and asset documentation
Support and lead automation/controls systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, instrumentation)
Monitor performance, analyze downtime, and implement improvement actions
Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, and long‑term Capex planning
Deliver capital projects on time and within budget while maintaining a 5‑year Capex roadmap
Qualification
Required
Experience leading plant engineering, maintenance, reliability, and automation in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing mechanical and electrical maintenance for production equipment
Experience managing maintenance budgets and executing capital projects
Experience planning and scheduling maintenance for installed and new equipment
Experience supporting automation, instrumentation, and controls systems
Preferred
Reliability engineering methods: RCM, PM optimization, failure analysis, OEE improvement
Automation and controls: PLC/SCADA/HMI, instrumentation, industrial networking
Asset management documentation and critical spare strategies
Capital planning and portfolio management, including 5-year Capex plans
Maintenance storeroom/inventory management (spares, cycle counts, stocking levels)
Project management for equipment installations, upgrades, and infrastructure work
Safety engineering support for machine risk reduction and ergonomic improvements
