Responsibilities

Analyze legacy applications and workflows (including WIDS or similar systems) to identify modernization opportunities
Design target-state architectures leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure services
Develop, test, and optimize Power Platform components aligned with enterprise standards
Deploy and support solutions within a Microsoft GCC tenant , ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements
Define and implement environment strategy, ALM, and solution lifecycle management
Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for automated build and deployment
Ensure solution performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services in hybrid Azure–Power Platform architectures
Produce comprehensive technical documentation and provide structured knowledge transfer to internal teams
Lead project execution across the full lifecycle, from design through deployment and post-implementation support
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and program leadership
Communicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Required

5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Strong experience designing and implementing Azure-integrated solutions
Proven expertise in environment strategy, ALM, and release management
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation
Strong understanding of performance tuning and scalability for enterprise applications
Experience modernizing legacy applications
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for source control and pipelines
Experience designing hybrid Azure–Power Platform architectures
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 GCC governance, compliance, and security controls
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
Experience working in government or public-sector environments

Preferred

Experience supporting secure or regulated cloud environments
Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams
