They are seeking an intern to join their Digital Marketing team, where the intern will work on projects related to web design, creating visual assets, and optimizing site performance.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with others to test and resolve issues with deliverables
Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
Strong experience managing projects, ideally through an agile project management framework
Effectively communicating with team members, peers, and other members across the organization
Qualification
Required
Candidates should be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
Minimum 2.8 GPA
Experience through coursework, projects, or internships with web design or digital concepts required
Preferred
Junior level coursework is preferred
Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, or involvement in related activities such as tutoring or business fraternities
Experience with or exposure to content management system (CMS) concepts and web platforms preferred
Experience with basic SEO principles and best practices for web content preferred
Experience understanding user journeys and how users interact with digital experiences preferred
Experience with conversion optimization concepts and designing for engagement preferred
Experience using or learning analytics tools to evaluate website performance preferred
