Supporting new customers as they get live on a complex, data-driven product
Working directly with real-world datasets to help customers configure and adopt the platform
Acting as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams
Troubleshooting issues, unblocking progress, and finding pragmatic solutions
Feeding customer learnings back into product improvements
Qualification
Required
Computer Science graduate or junior engineer
Strong CS graduates or early-career engineers (≈ 0–2 years experience)
People who enjoy explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Engineers who want to stay technical but be close to customers and outcomes
Curious, proactive self-starters who thrive in fast-moving environments
Solid technical fundamentals
Comfort working with data, APIs, and basic scripting
A genuine interest in customer-facing work
