Mechanical, Electrical,Plumbing and Low Voltage controls maintenance experience
Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting Building Management Systems, Life Safety Systems and Lighting Control Systems
Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting HVAC systems (air handlers, fan coils, compressors, motors,pumps)
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Commercial low voltage AC circuits
Experience in repair of electronics
Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits, video, processor control devices, wireless control circuits, phone systems
Qualification
Required
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Low Voltage controls maintenance experience
Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting Building Management Systems, Life Safety Systems and Lighting Control Systems
Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting HVAC systems (air handlers, fan coils, compressors, motors, pumps)
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Commercial low voltage AC circuits
Experience in repair of electronics

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Commercial Kitchen equipment, electrical switch gear, panels, high and low voltage AC circuits
Knowledge of Audio, Video, T.V. and Control circuits
Experience in repair of kitchen appliances, small motors, and electronics
The Ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that Dept
Candidate should also have a minimum 5 years' experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos or other commercial properties
Must possess high school diploma, read, write and speak and understand English
Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team
Must present a well groomed appearance
Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that Department
