OFFICE SERVICES SUPERVISOR II

The Office Services Supervisor II is responsible for supervising and training clerical staff, managing office workloads, and ensuring effective office procedures to maintain quality service delivery.

Responsibilities
Supervision and training of five or more clerical staff
Assigns & monitors office workloads to assure timely & quality production within the clerical unit
Ensures the maintenance of control records & logs for office controls such as attendance, LIS, or any necessary management information & subject correspondence files
Develops, implements, evaluates, & modifies clerical unit procedures to maintain effective office flow
Provides clerical support for the Regional Manager & Licensing Program Supervisor(s) on complex or sensitive correspondence or memos
Qualification
Required
This position is subject to fingerprinting clearance by the Department of Justice
