Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and optimize the IT Service Management platform and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Ensure accurate tracking of IT assets and seamless integration of service processes
Align with ITIL best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in ITSM and CMDB engineering
Experience with ServiceNow is required
Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow) and CMDB implementations
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Experience with discovery tools and integration methods (APIs, ETL tools)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Experience in working with and mentoring team members
The ability to communicate with stakeholders and customers
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ITSM Implementation Specialist certification
Knowledge of cloud and hybrid IT environments
Experience with configuration management for large-scale enterprise environments
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 20000, ITIL v4, SOC 2)
