Required

Ability to uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred

Prior experience in meat department management or a related position is strongly preferred
Further education in culinary arts or related fields is a plus
