Responsibilities

Lead and coach a highly skilled team of Directors
Provide exceptional care and enrich the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the generations we serve
Build on to organizational success
Provide strong leadership to MMH during the evolving Healthcare Environment
Envision and re-imagine opportunities for MMH
Assist the Leadership team in creating a meaningful patient-centered community
Create an engaging and respectful work environment for MMH team members
Build successful interdisciplinary teams to further organizational goals
Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors and the Grand Lodge of Maryland

Qualification

Required

5 years of Executive Director, LNHA experience in a CCRC and must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of MD
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institution
Experience with interaction with a variety of organizations, including government agencies and wider public
Experience with AL/SNF State survey
Remains compliant with all federal, state and local regulations
Proven financial management and forecasting skills
Flexible leadership style with focus on creating a supportive and collaborative Team environment and celebrating team success and growth
Proven capability to manage healthcare budget and healthcare operations
Ability to understand Quality Assurance & Infection control practices and experience with leading the community during emergency situations
Ability to work within a diverse Team and with all levels of the employee population
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to be available 24/7
