Responsibilities
Own and evolve product strategy for a defined product area, aligning it with company goals and customer needs
Develop deep understanding of users, market, and domain, using research and data to inform decisions
Lead and mentor product managers, helping them improve product thinking, prioritization, and execution
Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, balancing short-term impact with long-term vision
Partner with engineering and design leadership to ensure strong discovery, delivery, and quality outcomes
Drive alignment across stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, and progress
Set and track success metrics, using outcomes to guide iteration and investment
Identify risks and opportunities early, making thoughtful decisions in ambiguous situations
Drive a culture of testing, iteration, and measurement, using data and customer insights to validate assumptions and continuously improve product outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, with experience leading complex product areas
2+ years of experience leading project execution through strategic direction, cross-functional influence, and/or direct people management
2+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
Ability to synthesize data and insights to influence decision-making and drive strategic outcomes
Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in ecommerce or retail domains, particularly at scale, is preferred
Proven experience leading ecommerce products at scale, with ownership over high-traffic, high-revenue customer journeys
