Responsibilities
Make approx 80+ outbound calls daily to warm, qualified leads (no cold calling)
Conduct consultative, high-value phone conversations
Enroll students into our $10K Accelerator Program
Close with clarity, confidence, and integrity
Maintain pipeline progress using CRM systems
Collaborate with a supportive, high-performance sales team
Qualification
Required
High-Ticket Sales Experience (>$5K) Required
5+ years of inside sales experience (high-ticket over $5k REQUIRED)
Proven record of exceeding quotas consistently
Experience in high-production sales environments ($25M+ revenue teams ideal)
Exceptional communication & objection-handling skills
CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel, etc.)
Organized, self-directed, driven by performance & personal growth
Some weekend availability required (rotational basis)
Must be self-managed, competitive, and goal-oriented
