Qualify motivation, timeline, price
Live-transfer hot leads to Principal
Log everything in CRM
Cold call targeted NYC property owners
Reach decision-makers & gauge interest
Build future deal pipeline (no negotiating)
Log call outcomes in CRM
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Acquisitions, including identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Due Diligence related to evaluating market trends, financial models, and properties
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of the New York City and Florida real estate markets is an advantage
