Digital Marketing Manager
Musicow is a cutting-edge music platform that has quickly become a leader in the music exchange industry. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own Musicow’s organic social and content presence across key channels, turning brand stories into engaging content that builds community and drives app engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and own the organic social strategy for Musicow across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Turn artist moments, app updates, and business priorities into clear content themes, series, and weekly calendars
Define the role of each channel and ensure content ladders up to brand and app goals
Lead the development of native social content, including short form video, carousels, memes, motion graphics, behind the scenes clips, and social-first edits
Work with artists, managers, and internal creative teams to capture content around sessions, releases, events, and key milestones
Write compelling copy, hooks, and captions that fit each channel and speak the language of the audience
Ensure all content is aligned with Musicow’s brand look, tone, and mission
Own day to day publishing across social channels, including scheduling, posting, and coordinating with artist teams when needed
Maintain always on calendars that balance tentpole campaigns with community driven, reactive content
Tag, organize, and store assets so content is easy to repurpose and scale
Actively engage with fans and creators in the comments, DMs, and community spaces in a way that feels human, on culture, and on brand
Identify and surface fan stories, UGC, and creator content that can be amplified on Musicow channels
Partner with marketing to ideate and execute organic driven initiatives such as challenges, prompts, Q&As, and live moments that bring fans into the Musicow app
Track core organic KPIs across channels, such as reach, saves, shares, comments, follower growth, and click through to the Musicow app
Run experiments on hooks, formats, and posting times, and document what works into playbooks
Build clear recaps that translate performance into learnings for marketing, leadership, and artist partners
Work closely with IP marketing, A&R, product, and CRM so social content supports releases, app launches, and campaigns
Coordinate content needs and timelines with designers, editors, and external partners when required
Support partnerships and press moments with social coverage and content toolkits
Stay on top of music, creator, and social trends, and proactively pitch ideas that keep Musicow early to the conversation
Keep an eye on how fans talk about ownership, royalties, and fandom so content feels relevant and educational without being dry
Ensure all social activity respects artist integrity, community guidelines, and IP and advertising rules
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing social and content for a brand, entertainment company, artist, or label
Strong track record of owning channels and shipping consistent content that grows engagement and audience
Hands on creator who is comfortable brainstorming, scripting light concepts, briefing creatives, and editing
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and how content behaves differently across channels
Comfortable with basic analytics and using data to inform what to do more of and what to stop
Copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills
Highly organized, able to manage multiple timelines, drops, and calendars at once
Preferred
Experience working directly with artists, managers, or creative teams in music
Familiarity with social listening, community management, and UGC workflows
Experience building social toolkits and guidelines that help others post on brand
Knowledge of how organic social can support app installs, email capture, and deeper fan journeys
Curiosity about new formats and technologies that connect fans with music and royalties
